Plickers!

Plickers is a fun and exciting form of formative assessment that requires teacher use of a phone or tablet with a camera.  Students answer questions by holding up a bar code that is scanned and read in a matter of seconds. Feedback is instant!

Kahoot

Kahoot is a formative assessment tool that requires students to have a device to answer.  This assessment is "played" in a competitive format that makes assessment fun for students and encourages competitiveness.  It can be used as a review tool or as a form of graded assessment.  Results can be saved in Google Docs.
